My family had a wonderful stay here. The view from our room was beautiful and the food at the restaurants was delicious. One member in our party also booked a spa treatment and said that experience was lovely. We will definitely try to come back here in future years.

Amazing hotel and staff!! Nothing but amazing things to say about the environment, amenities, and the friendliness of the people there. BUT absolutely hate that we were tricked into a timeshare sales thing (thought it was just a 90 minute breakfast to get a promo for excursions). So if you see this, absolute say no to the 90 minute breakfast next door.

Stayed at Villa del Palmar with my family of 5 including 3 teenage boys and had an excellent time. The resort was beautiful, clean and the food was incredible. We stayed in a two-bedroom, ocean view suite that way exceeded our expectations and everyone had plenty of room. The vibe of the resort is total relaxation. It was a little more on the quieter side than some of the other all inclusives. Plenty of water sports and some organized pool/beach activities daily. The service was fantastic and there were always plenty of beach/pool chairs. My family would definitely stay here again.

We just came back from 5 day vacation at Villa Del Palmar. Food was excellent! Davine was our favorite, but all of them had great selections. I traveled with my mom and 2 daughters 12 and 7 and we all gad an amazing time. We got upgraded to a suite free of charge. Expedia also gave me 20% off any spa services so i enjoyed the best massage i’ve ever had! Thank you Kate! Definitely recommend!

The hotel was beautiful, clean and well maintained.. Unfortunately, the service was just average. Some of the staff at the reception area came across as very pushy and inconsiderate which made us feel uncomfortable. At the restaurants, we also felt rushed while eating. The waiters and waitresses seemed impatient for us to finish our meals rather than allowing us to enjoy our dining experience at a relaxed pace. Overall , the hotel itself was lovely, but the service could be much more welcoming, attentive and respectful of guests time, comfort and dining experience.
