The floors were very dirty, there were two used/stained towels when we arrived, that we didn’t care for put them to the side and during check out I was charged $100 Mexican pesos for the towel. There was also a lot of grime on the tub in the bathroom. You get what you pay for, but cleaning could have been better. Which I thought would be nice. However, the excessive noise from the nightclubs in the area are a problem. The building itself is very dirty. The room that we got had a refrigerator that was not working. The room service was poor. The room is supposed to be cleaned every other day between 10 AM and 4 PM. My room is not cleaned until almost 6 PM after I complained. They cleaning of my room was so quickly they did not really clean much other than change my sheets. Also, the staff was not very friendly. I would not recommend this property for anyone to go.
