"We enjoyed our stay here and found the staff very friendly. They allowed us to leave our bags for the day while we explored London. (Wanted 15 pounds to check in early - I know this is standard, but the room was ready, so a little disappointing that they wouldn’t do it as a courtesy). Still, I know it’s just their policy, no hard feelings. Gym was adequately equipped, beds were comfortable. The shuttle is an absolute rip off!! About $30 CAD for a sweaty, packed milk run (6.90 pounds each!!). There is a public bus stop right outside the hotel - take the U3 that comes every 10-15 minutes for less than 2 pounds. We took the public bus back and left before ppl waiting for the shuttle. You take the train to whatever terminal - fastest, cheapest and nicest. You’re welcome! 😉 "

"The room was modern and very clean. Easy to get to. It is located at terminal 4 and the bus to terminal 2 stopped right outside the front door. Front desk was very helpful Loved the restaurant,that’s shared with the adjacent Hotel. "

"Room was small but spotless, service was friendly and efficient, bed was comfortable, and the location meant I could get to a morning flight with minimal hassle. Only gotcha is that there's no restaurant in the hotel itself, I had to go out and over to the departures part of the terminal to find somewhere to sit down and eat."
