"We arrived late and had a quick turnaround in the morning. Wish I had his name, but the man who checked us was an A+ pro - he got us checked in within ~2 mins and was extremely friendly and helpful. Room was well-sized, clean and well-equipped - comfortable beds. The man at the desk the next morning was extremely helpful as well, made sure we found the right bus to get to the terminal. In terms of transport, the London buses are the way to go - there is one that stops in front of the hotel and got us to terminal 3 in 10 minutes. All in all hats off to a well run hotel"
