"The staff were very polite and was very helpful nothing was too much trouble. Room was cleaned daily. Food was very good and varied.The only criticism was that the main lift was out of order whilst we were there so had to use the smaller lift which often made it a longer wait to get to our room. "Had a lovely stay at the Wild Pheasant when attending a concert in Llangollen Pavillion. It's about 10 minutes walk into Llangollen and about the same to the Pavillion. All staff encountered were really friendly and helpful. Room was lovely, clean and spacious. More available electric sockets in room would have been good Had a meal from the Glasshouse in the afternoon and it was excellent. Breakfast was great. Would recommend. "

"Me and my hushad an amazing weekend for our 1st anniversary, food was excellent location was fantastic. Hottub in the forrest was an experience, although the Sauna was a little too small, not much value for money we paid on the twilight package we picked. Next time we would just book the hottub. Peacocks roaming around the grounds feeding out of your hands was something else. I would highly recommend a stay at Ruthin Castle. "
