"The overall aspect of the property was misleading, the property wasn't of a standard that I would expect from a Vrbo property or any rental property, the cleanliness was far from acceptable, massive cobwebs in a few rooms, stains on carpets, rugs that we really a bad trip hazards, the one at the top of the stairs which we moved, sofa bed not fit for purpose, stains on bedding, dishwasher didn't clean properly, no welcome pack, lights in the small bedroom wasn't working, mold and grime build up...

"The property was nice enough but our weekend didn't get off to a great start as our booking hadn't gone through to the property owner. Rachel did however find us somewhere else to stay and then upgraded us to the Old Parlour on our 3rd night."

"We stayed here for daresbury festival on 20th June, the hotel was so nice and the rooms were spotless, sadly we didn’t get to appreciate the amenities as no sooner had we checked in we were out again to the festival, if we book again for next year we’ll makesure we allow plenty of time to use the facilities."
