"Clean and tidy rooms, decent size, modern feel stylish bathroom."

"Plenty of spaces in the car park and the hotel and grounds look great, although the lifts are rather battered and probably near the end of their service life. The bathroom extractor wasn't working, so when we first arrived the bathroom smelt quite stale. The bedroom was clean, comfortable and quiet. A decent TV, kettle and tea/coffee sachets are provided, but these amenities could be improved (e.g. decaf as well as regular coffee sachets, maybe a biscuit or two). Overall, the hotel has a business-orientated feel; great for meetings etc. but a little short on home comforts."

"I booked here for a catch-up with a dear friend. It was nice and clean, but i booked a twin room, but they gave us a double, so that had to be sorted and the basin in the bathroom was severely cracked, so reported that also. Food was just ok, but expensive, plus the drinks also. A small glass of prosecco and a red wine was over £20 Breakfast was plentiful, but the staff on breakfast duty on 24/3 need additional training in customer services "

"This was a family stay with a baby. Our room was right at the end and it was a long walk to get there with lots of doors throughout the lobby which was not easy with a baby stroller and our luggage. The room itself was fairly basic , even for a standard room. The breakfast was incredibly simple and was of a similar standard to a Travelodge or premier inn. The swimming pool and facilities were decent and would be the only reason we may consider coming back but will be skipping the breakfast next time. "

"Gave a good impression on arrival, receptionist friendly and efficient. Room was good size, facilities good, comfortable bed for a good sleep. Bedroom needs some updating to give power/USB near bed."

"Great location for the shops and restaurants, room clean and tidy, didn’t have very much interaction with staff apart from checking in, very pleasant lady and gave us information about the hotel, the only thing that lets the hotel down is the the common areas and stairways are very tired and some areas the carpet is very worn, but this wouldn’t stop us staying in the future "
