What a fabulous stay. Downtown Chester with parking; the location is excellent - less than 5 minutes walk to the Cathedral. The hotel itself is spotless with a really modern yet classical style. Amenities are good (eg premium coffee and tea - and biccies) and the bed was super comfortable. The heated and lit mirror in the bathroom is indicative of the attention to detail that makes a stay even nicer. In terms of staff, Tracy was really friendly and helpful. We've visited Chester probably half a...

Last year we went after my wife broke her leg, and the pool provided the first time she was able to walk unaided, which made for excellent therapy. We decided to go again since it exceeded our expectations last time, and it very much lived up to our expectations again the second time. It is rated three...
