Beautiful place to stay, room was spotless and had lots of character. Very friendly efficient staff, gorgeous breakfast - eggs royale cooked to perfection.

The best hotel, luxury, amazing food, the service was the best I have experienced. We were allowed a early check in, late check out, borrowed hunters boots for walks, coincierge service was spot on ( thanks Kevin). Stunning spa and pool. The great hall is beautiful, highly recommend!!

Great stay lovely hotel in great location. Room was nice but old flooring under carpet so very squeaky when walking around. Lovely comfy bed and very friendly staff. Would stay again. I did begrudge paying £15 to park especially as there is no barrier and no cameras so could have not paid and nobody would have known! Struck of money grabbing in a way. That said we did get a complimentary bottle of wine for our anniversary and red petals on the bed which was very nice touch.

Overnight stay with my colleagues - gorgeous, traditional little place. Evening meal was exceptional (Roast Chicken) and the breakfast options were excellent. We had a slight issue at breakfast where noticed one of the cafetières didn’t seem to have any coffee mixed with the hot water - a bit unlucky when travelling with Italians! But aside from that would definitely book again without hesitation.

To celebrate our blind date we go to Tewkesbury park for a romantic stay, and were never disappointed.

Really enjoyed our stay at the CGH, very very comfortable room and a breakfast worth instagramming. In walking distance of central Cheltenham (10 minutes) which was perfect for our short stay! Kind & friendly staff. Special shout-out to Simon!

Was lovely hotel is very clean staff very helpful and friendly, rooms are standard double bed tv bathroom a little small but was only 2 of us and we only slept in there, the pool, hot tub etc was lovely too. Beds are a little uncomfortable gave me and my partner a bad back. Apart from that everything was great!

Excellent weekend break. Good room and breakfast. Received late check out and room upgrade as Expedia Gold+ members. We will be back!

Only stayed one night but found everything from catering to rooms excellent. Bar staff particularly helpful and polite.

Character hotel bordering miles of countryside. Comfortable large bed on top floor, with good breakfast. had already eaten on arrival so cannot comment on evening meal. Top floor room did have sloping ceiling, but no issue. Plenty of free parking and lovely quiet setting.

Great location, central and with free parking! It was spacious, comfy and a fantastic shower!!!

Environment was sparkling clean .I would fault it for anything. i slept like a baby peaceful and quiet I forgot I was not at home. The bath was fantastic high pressure and hot . The staff was professional at all times
