"We stayed for two nights while visiting Bristol and had a really enjoyable stay. The staff were genuinely friendly and welcoming, the rooms were lovely and comfortable, and we thought the prices were very reasonable. We were travelling with my 85-year-old father-in-law and found it a really convenient and comfortable base for our trip. We also ate at the pub and had breakfast — the full English gets a definite recommendation from both me and my father-in-law! Would happily stay here again and...

"3 Horse shoes was great, for some reason our bedroom got mixed up, was supposed to have a family room but got a double. Staff sorted the issue, i dont know but apparenty is was an Expedia mix up. Issue was sorted by the morning even though we arrived late, cool pub with a kids soft play and decent playground. Foods nice, staff great....."

"Sam, the general manager greeted us warmly on arrival, was very helpful, friendly and professional. Our courtyard room was clean and comfortable with a garden table just outside the door. Plenty of tea and coffee making facilities in the room. Dinner and breakfast were both plentiful and delicious. Highly recommended for a stay in the Mendips with dogs."
