Very private, six plus BR Home with guest house in the heart of the Wellesley Country Club neighborhood is available during the US Open Golf Event in June, 2022. This property is 6.2 miles from The Country Club and is a half mile walk to the Wellesley Hills Commuter rail and a short drive to the Woodland "T" station which can takes you to within walking distance to TCC, Fenway, Back Bay, and downtown Boston. The home is renovated with open kitchen/family room/breakfast room, dining room, living room and office on first floor. Second floor includes two master suites and three additional bedrooms. There are two large mounted televisions on first floor and wi-fi throughout. Private, well-landscaped backyard with patio and private access to Centennial Park reservation. Bonus Guest house with kitchen, full bath, TV and queen-bed pull-out couch. Home will Include refrigerators stocked with milk, orange juice, eggs, etc. and coffee to start your day.
