Check in was hassle free. Using the card to get in the rooms and use the hotels was somewahrt difficult. Then when it came time to check out. Couldnt even validate parking which is absolutely ridiculous. You would figure soending money to stay there. The least you could do is validate parking

Pros: close to train station, connected to convention center and a dead mall. Area seemed on, but it was brick cold and I didn’t get out much. Cons: place is a bit tired. Couple of wild events going on (cheerleading competition and narcotics anonymous?) Had to wait a long time for the elevator. Gym was in a different tower so I didn’t use.

Room was clean, except we had to request for the air conditioner to be adjusted because we had no heat. They did exchanged the air conditioner unit but still didn't work. We chose not to move from that room because to much to move. It was only one more night. Overall it was good.
