Lovely comfy bed, handy kitchen, pleasant outside space, and a great vibe. We required no assistance but we were contacted shortly before arrival, which gave us peace of mind that our needs were taken seriously. "The flat as such is modern, quiet and well-situated. Our problems were: to get at the key safe, we had to lie almost flat in the rain and dark, using a mobile phone light, in order to open it. Then the TV did not work (NO SIGNAL) and the cupboards in the 2nd bedroom - which we had advised would be used - were padlocked: nowhere to put clothes. Last, the kitchen and fridge need a good cleaning. If these things are sorted out, it will be a great place to stay!"
