The property currently resembles a construction site, and the premises are permeated by the odor of cannabis. Contacting the owner for check-in proved difficult. Furthermore, the Inn lacks amenities, including parking and toiletries. The communal washroom facilities are poorly maintained. It is concerning that companies continues to list this establishment."

Host was tremendously helpful throughout my stay. The amenities provided are not inferior to facilitating a more prolonged stay. Only negative. No air conditioning, but we asked for a fan and we were given a large fan on a stand, which was sufficient.

"The hotel is about a 15-minute drive from Bolton town centre in a quiet location next to a church.
The rooms are next to the pub and restaurant, which can be accessed by an entrance out back. If you prefer to come and go without going through the pub, you are given a key to a side entrance.
My room was clean and spacious and the bed large and comfy. The bathroom was modern and clean.
The restaurant has a good menu. I didn’t have time for breakfast, but it looked and smelled very good!
Parking is free in the pub/hotel car park just across the road.
The location is perfect, away from the centre but only a short drive to all amenities. If you like walking then it's great for that.
