"Great location, easy self check in. The whole place was clean and in good condition. Simple self service breakfast with good coffee. If there was one word of warning... if you're a light sleeper bring earplugs. Someone in the next room was an impressive snorer and I didn't have any!"

"Clean, beautiful location with the wow factor. Beautiful park with walks and waterfalls with a feeling of seclusion for a perfect romantic getaway. Woodland spa suite with the hot tub was amazing and we cannot recommend it enough. Great location for portmerion, Snowdonia and beautiful beaches."

"The views are excellent- Staff very welcoming and friendly. Rooms very comfortable but warning of some sloping ceilings! Amenities very good - good value for money. Breakfast very good. Good choice menu in the evening but disappointed that apple and blackberry pie not available for 4 nights of our stay! Dog friendly - which is great for dog owners but personally - I wasnt so happy re a couple with 2 big dogs being allowed into the dining room in the evening."
