The Swallow Falls Inn - The Inn Collection Group

"We enjoyed our stay at this attractive historic hotel. Close to the pretty village of Betws-y-Coed and about 20 minutes from the zip wire attraction with lots of options for walkers and hikers. We thought it was a little overpriced; our room was fine though not very large and the view from the small window was of a wall. All meals are served in the pub and a range of pub type meals was available. The hot breakfasts were good but the continental options were limited. Lots of parking and plenty of covered tables outside for fine days."

"We had an apartment separate to the main hotel, absolutely fine for what we wanted. Added bonus was that they had 3 EV chargers in the car park 2 of which werent working the first night, but after reporting this they were all working for the rest of our stay. Only downside was the car park was not very big, one night we had to park outside in the road as there were quite a few MG sports cars (3 of which were parked in the EV charging bays annoyingly)"

"Lovely hotel for a quick trip to Wales celebrating our mums 86th birthday. Loved the history and, though somewhat dated, the rooms were comfortable."

"The property is mixed bunkhouse and other room types. We booked the suite which was very roomy and comfortable. The vibe is very relaxed with a bit of a backpacker feeling. There is a friendly bar and the breakfast was a combo of self serve and custom breakfast. Staff were super friendly and accompanied. It is close to lots of restaurants. We enjoyed our stay and would go back."

"Hotel is undergoing refurbishment. The rooms were clean, the staff very helpful. The food served in the restaurant was lovely. Excellent base to visit the delights of North Wales. I would definitely return."
