"I've stayed here many times and have always had a great experience, this time was a little different as the cabin I was staying in was very tired, gaps in the doors and windows ranging from 1cm to 2 possibly 3 cm where Icould see daylight were not ideal as it was a very windy and rainy day making the cabin very drafty and cold. This doesn't take away anything from the service, cleanliness and great food that is always given.... Just this particular stay wasn't to the normal great standard. "

"We are visiting family who live down the lane. When we first arrived they had us in a room above the entrance. Since it was warm we kept the windows open but unfortunately could hear people as the exited the building. The owner allowed us to move to a quiet room. The owner,Dave, is wonderful. Allowed us an early check in. Dave is also the chef and did a stellar English breakfast!"

"Very near to a beautiful country side where to go for a walk and watch sunset. Only 10-15’ from city centre. Super clean, they make your room everyday without you asking and add everyday cookies and water."

"The pictures on the Expedia don't do justice to the place. Each room is a very lovely cabin in a very peaceful area. It's 5 minutes walk to the Birmingham Arena, so if you need a place to stay after a gig, that's definitely the best solution. The business owner is also very kind and he will also give you all the information you need to move around the area."

"The room smelt fresh and was clean. It was comfortable and had a decent en-suite. The hotel manager was very polite, pleasant and helpful. I enjoyed the breakfast which was healthy and sufficient. It was a small hotel but that didn’t matter. "

"Don't be put off by scaffolding & work going on outside. Inside is very cosy & clean. Warm welcome from owners. Room was a good size for a single with a spacious bathroom. The continental breakfast was superb. Only a couple of minutes walk to parade and all the amenities. Will definitely return next time I'm in Leamington. "

"A lovely place to stay, our room was very cozy and clean and smelt lovely. The breakfast was very good. What you have to take into consideration is, it is a working farm so not everything is going to be squeaky clean. I enjoyed my time there, and I wouldn’t hesitate to book again."

"This is a beautiful property within easy reach of Stratford upon Avon. Our room had a stunning view, was beautifully furnished with a super comfy bed and included a fridge with water and milk, and tea and coffee making facilities. The bathroom was spotlessly clean with a huge modern shower and large fluffy towels. There were plenty of choices for breakfast and it was all cooked perfectly. "Clean, comfortable and it felt secure. Comms all by text, but responsive. Didn’t meet anyone personally. Be aware you will be asked for a deposit by bank transfer which was not highlighted on Expedia - it worked fine and was transferred back to me within 24 hours. Nothing nearby, aside from Aldi. "
