"Breakfast was good, staff friendly & professional. Good leisure facilities. Bar peices very reasonable. Superior Room tired, needs some TLC. No pillow protectors !! "

"The car park is far from the hotel and no bus service either. Parking was £15. The breakfast price is too high. £16.50 person. They were not enough hash browns. Always finished when went a few times. Room was good but the hand soap bottle was not working and soap and shampoo bottles too high up for shorter people. "

Pool is in a different building across the road which is a university sports centre; not stated when booking. No towels provided at the pool. "As lovely as the hotel looked and as central as it was, it was not in a nice area. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Even though on the 11th floor, it was still noisy in the room. There were ear plugs provided with a note from the hotel, but they didn’t really help with the constant noise from outside. There were also holes in the curtains."
