"Check in was nice and easy and room was ready super early too, which was fab, as we were drenched, so we were able to get cleaned up and dry. Room was lovely, although bathroom design not great. Couldn't close bathroom door whilst on toilet as no room LOL But a lovely stay and as always, breakfast was so tasty and high quality. "

"Staff were great. Didnt hesitate to help us get some soy milk to the room and extra pillows!"

"Very impressed with the room, the cleanliness and the facilities. Check in personnel were very friendly and efficient. The bonus of the covered bridge from the hotel to Symphony Hall was very welcome as the weather was pretty awful. "

"Room was perfect 14th floor excellent views of the city, hotel lobby smells amazing soon as you walk in. Staff so polite and help full, held our baggage before check so we didn't have to take it with us around the city. Amazing stay thank you. "
