"The property we stayed in was different from the one we originally chose because of issues? When we arrived there was no one to meet us, the house was freezing. There was no welcome folder telling us how things worked. The tv did not work. The WiFi did not work. The toilet downstairs did not flush until the button had been pushed about ten times. "This amazing canal boat was the highlight of our trip to England! We were amazed at how nice and clean it was. Dinner at the pub nearby was excellent and morning coffee on the deck was a truly wonderful experience. Enjoying canal life for a day was a pleasure, we will definitely stay again on our next trip."
