"Good location, convenient shuttle bus service (costs around £7 a person) and the staff were very helpful and attentive. It was the start of our honeymoon and they upgraded us to a junior suite which was a fantastic start to our trip. The room was spacious and had everything we needed. Restaurant was good quality at breakfast. Great all round "

"We arrived at the hotel early and were able to check in early, which was really helpful as we had just landed after an overnight flight. We were also given the opportunity to upgrade, which was worth every penny in terms of the access to club facilities. I will be staying here again on my next trip."

"Reliable hotel that we've used several times. Basic but well kept. Brilliant Pod system to terminal 5 means we return even when rooms are not very well equipped (no plug sockets near bed, small bathrooms). Always good value in terms of cost. Helpful friendly staff. "
