Didn’t feel we was made welcome, some of the staff came across as quite rude and unapproachable. Also a/w £50 refund of damage deposit which was made on arrival. Advised it will be refunded on check out which is 5 days ago.

Excellent, miles ahead of other places in MK. Location is perfect, staff were ever so helpful, nothing was too much for them and all seemed genuinely happy. The views are second to none and the hotel restaurant on the top floor is simply amazing. Really impressed with this new hotel!
