"I made the booking via Hotel.com and 5 hours after I paid I had an email that I had to pay a £50 mandatory fee for facilities passes at the park. I questioned this as nothing was stated via booking and the price stated was the final price I paid. I had emails from a 3rd party called travelnest and also getting emails from someone asking for £50. The whole booking was a mess. Eventually I spoke to the host and he kept saying its written in the description of this extra charge when I never saw it,...

"Reubens has been a great place to stay for a friends get together. The property was spacious, homely and well equipped."

"Very welcoming stay from Phillipa. The house is very nicely decorated and felt fresh and clean. It's a bit of a tardis inside, with a big master bedroom and lots of space in the lounge/dining area. The views are really incredible, you're looking right over the harbour, the town and out to sea. Was a great place to stay whilst visiting family in Torbay."

"Kingswear and Dartmouth are fascinating places, and Riverdene is the perfect location to explore this beautiful area. Fantastic views from the front windows, particularly the spacious bedroom. Bathroom and shower very good. Will hopefully be back soon!"
