"Rooms was spacious for a family of 4 with separate bedrooms always a plus with kids. Parking nearby and plenty of space. Good food in evening and breakfast too. Very nice stay for 1 night."

"Love the location. Staff that I met were v friendly. The food was excellent and well worth the stay. The room was comfortable and pleased to see coffee bags rather than the disgusting tubes of Nescafe which most hotels do. There were a couple pf things which werent so good but it wouldnt stop me staying again. In the evening the water took a while to warm up which was ok however in the morning it didnt at all. I had a wet shave waiting for it to heat up so shave was in cold water and shower was...

"All excellent from property, staff and location. The only issue was road noise as on busy main road, this is not a critism just an observation from our point of view, may not bother people that are used to noise!!"

"Nice staff and great location if you're visiting the castle. But let down by shower head always dropping so I ended up holding it while using and absence of any shampoo/shower gel. Also it was a very hot evening when we stayed but the windows keept shutting close not allowing fresh air to come in. Overall for the price and the one night it was fine. One tip: if you're arriving after 5pm, there are plenty of on street parking which is free 5pm till 9am."
