"This was the perfect place for a family get-together. All the bedrooms are lovely and the lounge/dining areas are perfect for such a large group. The property is extremely well-equipped with everything you could possibly need. Every room is perfectly and evenly heated in the colder weather and wood-burning stoves add a lovely focal point. The owner was friendly and helpful at all times."

"The property had loads of character, the rooms were all as described and it was well stocked (bathrooms, toys, games/puzzles, kitchen etc) Was perfect for a family weekend getaway for 8 of us. Location was quiet, but we weren’t after a busy town/village on this occasion. Only downside was a slight smell of sewerage or possibly rodent urine in the upstairs bathroom that may be needs looking into. But overall a great stay and everyone enjoyed the property, thank you."
