"Located across the street from Snappers. Staff was very nice, and kept up the grounds. This little place has potential but needs a refresh. Beds were comfy, AC worked well and had hot water in the shower. The pool was clean and in good condition and a nice touch the place. Con: The internet would not connect to WIFI and checking out was never made clear due to early checkout and language barrier. Overall I would return to this location...Place has potential "

"This is the windy side of the island, but the view is gorgeous. The hotel is very, very basic. No couch in the room, no doors on the closet/armoire. The patio chairs were plastic and uncomfortable. A few upgrades and added pieces of furniture would go a long way. There are just a few lounge chairs by the pool so they go fast. And it seemed as though you had to rent cushions for them. Breakfast was included in our package and it was very, very, basic. Sufficient, but basic. The location is excellent. Walkable to everywhere, even mid-island if you want. But easy to get to town, beach, ferry, and did I mention the view?!? "

"Was told I could have either a king sized bed or 2 doubles. Only had one double in the room and told no other rooms available. Expedia did NOT do anything to assist in the situation. Blamed me for not canceling earlier (when all we needed was a different room.) terrible customer service from Expedia. Never use them again. VERY POOR shower drainage and almost no water pressure. Never changed our sandy beds sheets once but did make the bed. Very noisy hotel- rooms facing the ocean have lots of foot traffic on the beach. I have stayed in other hotels on the island and never had such a noisy experience. Terrible lighting in the room. It’s a budget experience type hotel and yes you can get by, but I paid for a way different experience than I received. I will be staying at one of the other hotels on the island- not this one if at all possible."
