Room was luxurious and lovely

I was impressed by the attention to detail for all the food courses and meals that we had. All very good.

Breakfast was great considering it was free. Easy access to get in. Friendly staff. No issues.

Friendly staff, comfortable room. Breakfast was good, nice views.

Beautiful pub in East Malling (I was there, passing through, between a visit from Spain to various places in the UK). The room (Number 1) was amazing. Every facility possible. The kind staff even put a hairdryer in for me. Ample space, bathroom, fridge, kettle, supply of a continental breakfast, information folder, full size TV, double bed and wardrobe. Spotlessly clean, modern but with a "vintage" feel. Loved it.

It was very good and I would go back

very nice hotel and service, very busy and lively pub but even at night time you cant really hear the noise for below

When we arrived the staff were very friendly and welcoming. The room we had was en-suite and very clean. The tea and coffee facilities were great (proper coffee machine in the room). The bed was really comfortable, which made for a good nights sleep. The only thing I would recommend to those using a satnav or maps to find it would be, put the actual address in not just the postcode as ours took us to a different location. Other than that would highly recommend The Ship!!

We stayed for 3 night's, very clean hotel and room. Very friendly staff, restaurant is slightly expensive and food portions could be better. But on the whole, I wud recommend the hotel and wud definitely stay there again.

Staff were really friendly. Breakfast was great even with allergies.

The staff were friendly and welcoming, the hotel was excellent the food was superb would stay here again and would highly recommend

Very nice hotel. 10 minute walk from the O2.

Great location and price for a pretty much central london hotel. Room was clean, good TV and bathroom. A bit noisy but I was on the corner with 2 massive windows which cant be helped but other than that it was a lovely room.
