"The hotel was in a great location. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Made to feel special as it was mine and my friend’s birthday. Breakfast great. Room was great. The only 2 things I would have liked in the room was a firmer pillow and a bedside table or shelf. "

"Great place and location. Everything is new, loved being able to sit on the roof terrace in the evening. My only complaint was about the check-in procedure, even though I’d booked and paid online ages ago I needed to produce phone ID in the form of a passport or driving licence. Never heard of this in my own country! , didn’t have either on me but had 2 debit cards in my name on me , that was refused. Thankfully I remembered that I had a railcard on my phone, that was acceptable . We found the whole process of check-in stressful as we didn’t know if we were going to be allowed to stay."
