Fabulous stay, at a clean and comfortable hotel. Was a little in the pricey side, considering that I had to pay £10 for overnight parking. Additionally, I opted out of having breakfast, as that was over £12! In spite of those minor complaints, I found the hotel to be very comfortable and would consider returning.

Stayed here for 1 night for a near by family wedding. Nice hotel , not grand but clean comfortable and friendly. Reception very helpful, nothing was to much trouble. The staff were very polite helpful and everyone sported a smile. Would stay here again Very good value.

The small lake , the landscape

Fabulous, our room 402 had a huge balcony with views over the estuary and of the pier. Staff were very friendly and attentive, evening meal of sharing steak was cooked exactly as we like it and breakfast was also very nice, highly recommend the full English for the hungry or sausage muffin. The location is also great, up on the cliff away from the noise but only a short walk to the lift and no more than 5 minutes walk to the pier. Lovely hotel close to Westfield and its shops and transport. Excellent for trains to the O2 for a gig. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was comfy and the breakfast was excellent We would definitely stay again

I was very satisfied with this hotel, the rooms are nice and spacious, well equipped and very well decorated. This is reall good value for money and the hotel staff are friendly, curtious and very helpful. I wil definitely stay with this hotel again
