"Excellent breakfast, very friendly staff, plenty of choice and food topped up frequently. This is our 4th visit but sadly our room was very unsatisfactory this time. Avoid room 153 at all costs. We were kept awake until the early hours with ridiculously loud noise coming from a nightclub. We then had noisy neighbours in room 154 which resulted in me calling reception at 3.03am to complain. How this room could be classed as premium is beyond me"

"I stayed at the 22th floor and I assume that due to water use/pressure around 9:00, there was not water coming out the shower.. the pressure was so low that I had to wait 5-10min (while having shampoo in my eye) to get rinsed. I also payed an extra £26 to have access to the lounge in floor 23th, but we could only have soft drinks in the afternoon which it was a buy disappointed as we expect we could have at least a beer each. "

"I have stayed here many times over the last 10 years and it has gone downhill but this time was unbelievable. Shockingly bad service from the outset. The night manager who took ages to answer the door to the breakfast with intermittent hot food, with missing equipment, awful check-in, poor coffee and everything in between. The hotel is shabby looking but it’s the staff which make it truly awful. Radisson rely on being the only hotel within the airport and they are ripping customers off more and more. It is absolutely worth walking another 10mins to stay in any of the other hotels."
