"Very dated paid a very high rate for the hotel, expected a better quality of hotel for this price point. Room was dusty and I had to take antihistamines because of how dusty it was. Cobwebs on the ceiling, bathroom was dated the hot water tap was so hot it burt my hands. A very bad experience and no acknowledgment of my email to complain"

"We booked the room, due to holding an event in the rum warehouse. It was exceptional from the staff to the amazing communication nothing was at fault. The breakfast is hot and fresh with lots on offer. Thank you to Chloe, Daisy, Sas and the rest of the team your customer service is amazing. Not forgetting the rest of the staff groups.
