We thoroughly enjoyed everything about our stay at this hotel, the staff at check in were exceptional when we had to change room's due to my mistake. A special mention has to also go to one of the night staff, Richie Cook who went above and beyond the call of duty to help us on a few occasions. Amazing hotel.

The property was in a fantastic location. Shopping 5 mins walk and the waterfront was 5 minutes away. Everything on the doorstep including a well stocked Sainsbury’s.

I loved the apartment it was beautiful,massive,very clean brand new kitchen with everything you need like home from home,also very peaceful it wasnt in the heart of Liverpool which is a good thing as its very noise there but it was about a 10 minute walk to town centre,they also have lots of bars around the hotel were youcan go they closed at 12,i would definitely book here again it was so cheap for the room we had couldn't believe it

Stayed here for a couple of nights. It was amazing value for money, the staff were all really helpful and friendly. Location great for exploring Liverpool. Bars and restaurants close by. Will stay again xx

I spent one night in this hotel as i was in Liverpool for a job interview. Every single one of the staff that i met made me feel like i was an old friend. I can't wait to visit again and thought the price for the room was excellent value.

Great value for money, no frills stay! It is a little noisy as it’s central Liverpool so bring earplugs! Would stay again

Great place to stay although just for constructive feedback there were areas that appeared to be forgotten, it has 4 stars on trip advisor but could easily slip to 3, for instance the entrance for guests to access their rooms appears slightly unkempt carpeting needed hoovering and paint work could do with a good wash down, this is first impressions. What a fabulous stay. Downtown Chester with parking; the location is excellent - less than 5 minutes walk to the Cathedral. The hotel itself is spotless with a really modern yet classical style. Amenities are good (eg premium coffee and tea - and biccies) and the bed was super comfortable.
