This was my second stay at this hotel. I found the room to be clean and spacious. Tea and Coffee making facilities with biscuits are a nice touch. Toiletries in the bathroom too. The room I was in, was next to the main road, and there was a little road noise, but it didn't disturb me. There are complimentary ear plugs, though, if you want! The tube is 2 mins walk away, and there are several supermarkets and take away shops just down the street. All very convenient for a business traveller...

A great place to stay staff were friendly and happy to help. A super room comfortable bed. Perfect location to tour London.

Great hotel & great location

From our arrival at the property we felt very welcome and comfortable. From Marks initial greeting on reception to all orher aspects of our stay we were extremely happy. This business , 52.years in the making with Marks father and uncle is a very slick family run outfit. All staff we encountered including chambermaids were exceptional. They could all not be more helpful and gave valuable information where needed about things like where to get the Uber boat from rather than walking to the City...

Overall very good value for money

Great hotel stay, couldn’t fault anything about this hotel. Great selection at breakfast. Rooms cleaned everyday, good standard of housekeeping. Aldgate/Tower Hill tube stations only 5 mins walk.

Excellent hotels

The staff are so welcoming and the property is amazing. The garden is lovely and the room was very clean. Breakfast was excellent. Special shoutout for Moamen who was very helpful and welcoming to us. Thank you

We would definitely stay again. Room was very well equipped & spacious. Only two things letting it down. Black mould in the shower (wasn’t loads but noticeable straight away) needs keeping on to off. Then I dropped my ring and went under the bed… the build up of dust was crazy - obviously the bed had not been moved in a very long time. But it’s not something I go looking for nor would I expect a housekeeper to bust their back moving the bed in each room - especially if they are cleaning on...

Loved the rooftop pool and fact it had long opening hours was amazing They left Prosecco and a treat as a surprise to make the special birthday weekend even better. Thanks art hotel I’m already googling my return!

Great looking hotel, good sized rooms for the price in a great location

First impression of the hotel was not great as the lobby and lift are very small. However I am happy with the room and found the staff extremely helpful generally. It’s great to hear the staff telling American tourists about the history of royalty :)

We booked this stay last minute as our original booking was unavailable at our check in time. This stay would’ve been out of budget usually but Vrbo are covering the difference from our original booking. Room was a good size and beds were comfortable. Bathroom was a great size with bath and shower. Complimentary bottled water and tea and coffee available with a kettle.

Great service and super clean

Fantastic for a business trip - great location and great facilities - also a work space area next to the reception which saved me trudging through the rain to an office. Big clean room and great food and drink options

Professional and personable check in and check out. The hotel is relatively basic, but very clean and well run. Larger room than expected and very quiet for central London. Will stay again.
