"I have a few times in some of their pubs and this is the best of all 3. Staff are excellent l arrived late beyond meal but they went out of there to get me something hot. Also helped with cutting my food as l have a fracture, morning breakfast yummy loved everything about the place. Bedrooms are quite roomy compared. Hope he was the manager and K who got me some meal. K helped with my bags to my room. 2 young man who’d been to SA lovely chat. Friendly staff but still doing their job. Would 100% recommend. Ample parking. "

"Lovely hotel, clean, spacious rooms, good WiFi - only one issue being my room was above/close to the gym on site, meaning you could hear the thumping bass from the workout classes when trying to work in the room. That aside, nice hotel, very convenient location with a big supermarket and petrol station across the street."

"It was my third stay and Frimley Hall provided excellent experience as always. Great massages, helpful staff, serene surroundings. Would be great to see wider choice of wines and spirits in the bar - many wineries, breweries and cider producers in the area but nothing close to local at the bar."

"All excellent apart from this hotel no longer has a pool etc. This was not communicated to us at all beforehand, so we were disappointed as it was one of the main reasons for booking this hotel. "

"Lovely pool area for children and adult areas in the spa. It was really busy with a lot of spa guests we couldn’t get anywhere to sit and realised when we left that spa guests had rudely left wet towels on the loungers after they’d left making us think they were taken. The entrance hall is lovely but has stairs whichever way you enter which is odd when they know people will bring cases. The rooms are really dated but clean. Our lamps didn’t work by the window, only half the room could be lit up. We had a family room with 2 single beds set up, one had a mattress and topper, the other just a topper so it sunk down without any weight on. We asked reception twice to rectify it but they didn’t. Breakfast was lovely and the waiting staff were excellent and polite. This is our 2nd visit, not as good as our first one and I don’t think we’d return, sorry"

"Very disappointing overall. Upon arrival, the receptionist couldn’t find our booking because it had been accidentally deleted by the reservation team. Thankfully, a helpful manager eventually provided us with a room. The room itself was quite small, with tiny beds and a poor layout. The bathroom had a large, unused empty space, while the main room barely had enough space to place luggage on the floor. There was no fridge, and the decoration was very basic and uninspiring. Also had a strong strange smell. On the positive side, the rooms were clean and seemed fairly new, and the garden area is nice. However, the hotel was hosting a wedding during our stay, which made it quite noisy. Overall, I would avoid booking this hotel."
