"The place is beautiful and the rooms are nice. However, I didn't not like behaviour of one receptionist at front desk. I just asked whether is there any lake view room available. She started with rudely telling no we are full and then she started telling, we have members who pays a lot of money so we give them those room first, and you just booked the room 10 days before. Our members have booked a year before. Well I didn't want that information with so much rudeness and arrogance, a simple no would have worked. On top of that, heater was not working in the main bedroom which we realised in night. after informing it reception they gave a spare electric heater and told it will be fixed next day morning. However, it was not fixed till we left the place which means for next 3 days. Apart from these I have really enjoyed my stay."

"We had a lovely 2 night stay with friends. The rooms were big & well equipped, really comfy beds & pillows. Loads of tea/coffee etc . Very quiet & very clean. Excellent communication from Lindsey who was very helpful from checking in to checking out. Would highly recommend & would book again if we were in the area. "
