"The major issue was air conditioning not working in one of the rooms at all and barely working in another. we couldn't get either room below 23.5 and one room was at 25 degrees . Far too hot to sleep"

"The hotel is situated in the centre of Windsor very close to the castle, the staff are really helpful and knowledgeable about the local area and amenities. My wife and I were there to celebrate our wedding anniversary and we would definitely stay here again or recommend to others."

"It was nice bit dark and dingy but it was definitely a good stay shame there was no late check out unless you paid and also the bar staff seemed quite rude when we returned to use the pool Like kept questioning us if we staying in the hotel. Only to find there was no steam room and the pool was ice cold with no changing area. I would give it a overall 7/10"
