"I stayed at a cabin (more like a dungeon) room with no window (!!!). Room cleaning needs to be requested at front desk. They still have regular (physical) keys and if you stay in the cabin rooms, you have to carry two of them, one to enter the building and one to enter your room. The room itself was ok, with good bed, good bathroom, huge TV. I would stay again, but only if I could try the "normal" rooms."

"The hotel was right off I90. I booked the room through Expedia a few months ago. The only thing I didn't like was, a few days before we left for our trip, I got an email saying parking was an additional $28 a night. That should have been added to the cost when I booked or should have been known ahead of time. The staff was friendly. They have an all you can eat breakfast for $20 a day, which was great. The pool was heated. Housekeepers clean your room everyday. The Social bar that is attached, had a good vibe and friendly staff. There is another establishment across the street called Buffs, Good chicken wings and friendly vibe. Buses run often. We took a bus to get us closer to Cheers and Quency Market for a dollar.(Kenmore) We had about a 2 mile walk from there, but the architecture is fabulous to look at on the walk.. Safe and friendly. We took a lyft a few times. It ran around $20 each way. Not bad for the 20-minute drive. I wouldn't recommend driving in. Not a lot of parking, The hotel and trip was fabulous. 5 stars for sure."

"This property is conveniently located to many places within a brief walking distance. Parking to check in was a sham, “we don’t own the parking.” While the room was definitely clean and well maintained, ours overlooked a Main Street and there was late night/early morning construction. Yes, I would stay there again… though I’d like to get a room with a king sized bed."
