"Several items were broken, damaged, or in disrepair upon arrival. An elevator alarm was ringing for at least 16 hours before being resolved late at night. Check in and check out process needs to be more clear and streamlined."

"Great room: new and spacious. The kitchenette has everything i needed and more."
