"Nicki was an amazing front desk coordinator. I dropped off my daughter very early for surgery I called the property to try and get an early checkin so I didn't have to stay in my car for 8 hours and she replied for me to drive over. Ty Nicki keep up the great hospitality. The downfall of the property ..."

Good value for the area.
"Pleasant and helpful owner/manager at check-in. Signs up “under renovation” but no sign of recent work. Motel typical of 1970’s, though room and bathroom were clean. Price was a strong determining factor for me. Loud Live music from bar next door on Weekend nights"

"A bonus is on-site luggage storage during usual business day hours, something not mentioned on the website for this location. And the room had TV/phone/clock radio that worked conventionally but also had higher tech options."

"Staff was very friendly and accommodating.
The hotel was clean, quiet and had pleasant common areas.
Our room was clean and tastefully decorated.
The area surrounding the hotel was excellent for a relaxing stroll through Boston Commons, Beacon Hill and shopping on Newbury Street.
Overall, excellent stay! :-)"
"I liked the check in process and the room was very clean. The hotel is in walking distance to a lot of wonderful restaurants and so close to the water. Deck 12 has awful service, though. I would recommend going to a different rooftop bar."
