The post states a gas grill; there’s only a charcoal grill without any charcoal, the post states resident beach parking pass; there was none, the post states a queen size bed; there wasn’t one. The kitchen floor was completely stripped of tile. Overall the house was dirty and a complete waste of money. The only nice thing... Perhaps if we had arrived at 2am, the front desk would have been contactless. At the end of the day, it was easy, but there was little information about it ahead of check in. Also, they had discounted parking available a couple blocks away, which was a nice surprise. Thought we'd need to search for that ourselves, but the hotel had it covered. At the end of the day, we had a nice room in a great area for a reasonable price. Very happy with Club Quarters."
