"We brought our son to Boston for college and the hotels in the Beacon Hill area were a little pricier than we expected. We found this place about a 25 minute drive north that was perfect for us! The Woburn area was safe and quiet with a Target nearby, a 99 restaurant next door where we picked up a drink or two in the evenings, a Dave & Busters down the street, all walking distance. The hotel itself was clean and quiet with a delicious breakfast every morning. The staff in the hotel was friendly and helpful at all times. Shout out to Luis for taking my call about a late check in and following up to confirm. We will most definitely stay here next time we come up to visit our son and have suggested it to other family members planning to go."

"Everything was just fine except for the broken elevator! Only one was working and you had to share it with the staff as well as other guests making the wait sometimes over 1/2 an hour. They should have been working around the clock to get it working not to mention a separate elevator for the staff. I felt they could have done more to make the guests’ stay better."
