"Not bad for the price. People were loud sounding like elephants running around all night but that's anywhere that has more than one floor. The elder woman at the front desk had an attitude & seemed irritated especially when I used my Federal ID to check. She had never seen my type of it & was refusing to take it. I pushed back gently & her manager came out & finally got her to use it. Other than that it was ok"

"I am basing my review on price. This hotel is quite inexpensive and the property reflects it's age. I don't have any real "con's" to share, other than to say, the property is a bit dated but it appears they may be in the midst of doing updates. It would be nice to have some updated TV's as we couldn't even watch a movie but that wasn't a big deal to us. Everything worked as it should, and was clean. The beds were comfortable and had spotless white bedding. The common areas were kept clean and the lobby was well stocked with snacks. The kids enjoyed the pool every day that we were there. It was kept clean and stocked with towels. Staff were very nice and couldn't have been more helpful with every request we made. Best of all, the location was a quick 10-15 minute drive into Salem. This was well worth it at a fraction of the cost. Lots of restaurants to chose from within a couple minutes of the site. Overall, it was a basic hotel and well priced. We were pleased with the location and accessibility. It was clean and served our needs of needing a place to sleep and shower."

"We had a great stay. We feel for the price we paid the property should have been better maintained. The toilets were very loud when you flushed and our room was beneath a event space and could hear loud banging from the furniture being moved around. But over all the balcony view of the beach and ocean was amazing, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was unbeatable."

"For a one night stay, close to the airport, this hotel was fine. Check in was fast, the clerk was lovely, although she erroneously told us coffee would be out around 4:30am. At 5am there was no sign of coffee. There is no restaurant although apparently there is some kind of breakfast later. Parking was plentiful but $30 and there is not an airport shuttle. The room was clean, no bad odor, and most things worked (tv, curtains, shower, toilet) but the bedside lamp lightbulb dimmed and brightened on its own. All in all, a good value for the location."
