This Rockport bungalow sits on a quiet side street between Granite St and the ocean! You’ve got the best of both worlds with a private pool in your backyard and only a 5 minute walk to Front Beach. Everything you’d want out of Rockport is within reach! Across from Front Beach you can stop at Fresco’s Seaside for some beach front bites, or stroll a bit further to Bearskin neck to check out the shops, art galleries, restaurants & performance center. This home boasts 2 inviting bedrooms with 1 queen bed in one room and 2 queen beds in the other. The open, yet cozy living room includes a fireplace, large comfortable sectional and large windows with slider showing off the beautiful pool and backyard. Central Air, WiFi, a library and laundry units are just a few of the additional amenities provided. The house looks is actually very roomy inside, nicely decorated, comfy beds, a well stocked kitchen, convenient location, and a short walk to the beach.
