"Upon arrival we were greeted and offered to dine while we wait to check in. Check in was simple through an app and we were offered welcome cocktails. We did during our stay have some questions regarding the all inclusive menu as there were some restrictions we hadn't anticipated however the staff was very quick to respond and offer solutions so we could enjoy beverages we desired. "Nicely landscaped facility, near the beach. If you're not interested in walking a few hundred meters, there's a huge parking area at the beach. The property is a beautiful oasis in a mixed-use region. That's a plus. There's an enormous hypermarket three minutes distant, and plenty of restaurants readily accessible by car. "Wonderful breakfast, lovely room. A bit of mix up regarding city tax that was collected upon checking in and again at check out. No one informed us the tax was per night. I would have thought all taxes would have been collected at check in."

"This was a very modern and stylish place, with a very comfortable bed. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We could walk to Knossos in about half an hour and there were dining and shopping options nearby. Highly recommended!"
