My wife and I had our honeymoon here and we recently visited for our 7th anniversary. This resort is truly excellent. The staff is friendly and they will always help you however they are able to. Whether it’s a porter or the wait staff in the restaurants, everyone was pleasant. The resort has grown recently and now has a water park. It was a lot of fun for our son and he wanted to go back every day. The beach is absolutely beautiful. There are many fish swimming right next to you on the beach and if you are willing to snorkel out about 15 meters away from shore you can see many more. This is by far our favorite vacation spot in the entire world. We use this as our comparison resort everywhere we travel. They have simply done such an amazing job making everything about the experience great at Creta Maris.

My son and I traveled from NYC to Creta Greece and we stay at Creta maris beach resort. It was a great resort. Big and beautiful. The views from the resort were stunning. The people and staff were super kind and friendly. Anna from the Estia restaurant was the sweetest. She thought me and my son how to say "good morning" in Greek. The pools, beach and game rooms are awesome. My son's favorite was the water park and the stray cats we got to meet that the resort cares for. Overall it was a great trip and experience. We absolutely loved Creta Maris beach resort and highly recommend to anyone☺️

Lovely hotel next to the beach with a very lively town next to it, catering for tourists who want nightlife and fun. It's not a charming traditional Greek town or a boutique hotel for a quiet break but with 2 teens it was right for us. The service was amazing at the hotel, genuinely nice people, room and facilities were excellent. The hotel suite is very big and the bungalows and some rooms were away from the beach so check the map when you book.
