Location is close to a cute town center with shops and restaurants and right by the harbor. Staff was super nice and helpful. Restaurant, room service and breakfast being accommodated were all pluses!!

A very nice hotel, well located in old town Heraklion a short walk from resturaunts, bars and shopping. In addition to a great location, the Atrion has helpful, friendly staff and provides a nice selection for breakfast.

As a place to stay and the staff were helpful, polite all with a smile. The accommodation is situated in a very convenient location as nothing is far away. Walk up from thw hotel through the park and you're in the main city. With many places yo eat and drink as well as many shops. All so close. The fort and harbour are very close also. Breakfast at hotel, there is plenty to choose from and all delicious.

Nice place to stay very close to the water. Great breakfast, and I would stay again. My only complaint was that it was quite smokey in the lobby, hallways and sometimes in the restaurant. The room was not smokey.

Extensive breakfast buffet, plenty of seating too. Well catered by attentive employees. Great location, everything within the venetian walls is easily walkable On the downside, nights can be noisy by over flying airplanes from the nearby airport. But it's an island airport so expect up to 5 or 6 airplanes per night. A lot more annoying was a Friday night outdoors party on a neighboring courtyard, including DJ music going on until 3 am or so. The closed balcony doors unfortunately couldn't keep the noise out completely.

Hotel was very good and the food was good also. I felt at the end like the restaurant staff were either fed up of me or just being very cold towards me, this is my only issue. The hotel is situated in a nice area near the rocky beach and is convenient if you have a car also. I would highly recommend using an app on your phone called get your guide and travelling all over Crete because there is some quite unbelievable places to visit within the island. Hotel was 8/10 and the tours I done were 10/10

Staff was always willing to answer questions & pleasant. The property was clean & inviting. The breakfast selections were great with a pleasant inside/outside table seating. Our group ate one dinner at the hotel & found the food good. Although our bathroom was small (compared to USA standards) we had a balcony, comfortable beds & a clean room. Atrion is close walking proximity to the marina, cafes, restaurants, shopping. I recommend this hotel.
