Nous avons séjourné dans cet hôtel seulement une nuit. Le personnel a été accueillant. L'hôtel correspond aux prix demandé. La literie est de mauvaise qualité (matelas à ressorts) nous n'avons pas très bien dormi. Notre chambre était bien équipé et la qualité du mobilier reste correcte pour le prix que nous avons payé. Pour ce prix là en France, nous avons un formule 1 avec une chambre tout en plastique avec le strict minimum. Au park hôtel nous avions quand même un logement type studio.

Ok pour 1 nuit mais pas de séjour prolongé

Nous avons résidé ici pour une petite nuit avant de prendre l'avion à Heraklion. La chambre n'est pas grande pour 4 dont 2 enfants. Télé présente mais ne fonctionnait pas. La piscine était ok mais s'il y a du monde faut oublier. La personne de l'accueil était sympathique sans plus. La mer n'est pas très loin mais beaucoup de vagues. Il y a un petit parc pour les enfants. Un car wash à 100 mètres très pratique avant de rendre la voiture de location(11€ intérieur extérieur fait par les employés). Un sports bar à côté où on peut manger. Le parking n'est pas privatif on est juste garé dans la rue à côté de l'hôtel et encore faut trouver de la place (bon courage). Le wifi ne fonctionnait pas.

Primo impatto negativo per quanto riguarda le condizioni della struttura. Stanze molto vecchie, letti rumorosi anche per minimi spostamenti, pulizia assente, bagni costantemente sporchi, docce senza tenda e nessun supporto per il soffione. Unica nota positiva: aria condizionata sempre funzionante.

Pieni mukava hotelli. Hotellin pihalla siisti uima-allas joka oli lasteni suosikki. Rauhallinen sijainti. Hiljainen huone. Siivous joka päivä. Mukava henkilökunta. Suosittelen. Tullaan uudestaan. Hotellissa on myös mahdollista syödä aamupalaa. Hotellin huone oli hyvä. Parisängyssä hyvää nukkua. Hotelllin lähellä kävelee kissat. Myös pieni kanala on vieressä, joka on lasteni mielessä. Lyhyt kävelymatka rannalle. Meri näkyi myös hotellihuoneen ikkunasta/parvekkeelta mikä on ihanaa. Jääkaappi on hotellin huoneessa, joka aamu kylmää vettä. Hotelli on hyvä ja perheemme tykkäsi siitä. Toimiva kokonaisuus!

Moyennement satisfaisant

Personnel très gentille et accueillant parlant couramment anglais. L'hôtel est propre mise à part les chambres qui sont faite une fois la semaine et juste par un coup de toile vite fait. Même pas le ballet passer avant, les serviette également sont changer une fois la semaine. L'hôtel est situé à 100m de la plage ou vous pouvez louer un transat pour 3€ la journée avec une boisson offert. mais loin du centre d'heraklion et de tout site touristique, rien au alentour à visiter. La WiFi est comme on dirait inexistant avec 5 réseaux différents ou il est impossible de rester connecter plus de 2mn sur le même serveur. Il faut changer à chaque fois. Donc oublier les face-time. Hôtel pour étudiants voulant partir à moindre frais je recommande mais pas pour une famille ou pour un couple qui veulent passer des vacances romantique. Il n'y a pas d'isolation, on entend les chasse d'eau, et les douche des autres. Parfois même des ronflement. La piscine est superbe et propre. Je recommande tout de même cette hôtel qui m'a permis de passer de superbe vacances en Crête, une île de rêve.

This room had no extras, but the bare minimum of what is needed for an overnight stay. The bed was not very comfortable and likely needs to be replaced. The shower was basically right beside the toilet, but it was hot.

Hostel-like.Very close to beach.

Park Hotel is only a 10 minute walking distance from the beautiful beach. There is wifi in the rooms and the staff is very friendly and family oriented. The hotel is more like a hostel with limited space and a tiny bathroom. The beds are okay and there is a balcony. It was perfect for my one-night stay as a last resort.

Una pesadilla con bombas fetidas incluidas

Teniamos 2 noches pagadas y sólo nos quedamos una... No se podia estar allí! El hotel estaba muy viejo, los muebles eran todos diferentes y estaban en muy mal estado y además no habia televisión. La cocina estaba sucia y llena de óxido. La nevera también era un desastre. El baño,sucio, era tan pequeño que no se cabia en la ducha y era imposible sentarse en el inodoro. No habia servicio de habitaciones a diario, así que te tenias que hacer tu la cama y no cambiaban las toallas. A parte de todo esto, pagamos un extra por tener una habitación mejor con vistas al mar y nos dieron una planta baja sin vistas a ningun sitio. La señal de wifi es muy débil y sólo llega al pasillo, no en las habitaciones. Por la noche fue imposible dormir, los huéspedes se dedicaron a tirar bombas fetidas en la zona de nuestra habitación, fue horrible! El olor, personas vomitando, etc. Y el personal del hotel no hizo nada. Al dia siguiente nos quejamos y la unica respuesta que nos dieron fué que eso no era un hotel de 5 estrellas!!! Patético! No ofrecieron ninguna compensación por la noche que no dormimos allí y tampoco por no habernos dado la habitación que habiamos pagado. Tener cuidado al ir a Creta, no coger ningún hotel sin ver una foto del baño ya que te puedes llevar alguna sorpresa... Finalmente nos fuimos a otro hotel en el centro, pagamos un poco más pero valió la pena. Creta es muy bonito y no se puede permitir que un hotel así te destroce las vacaciones. Le sobran todas las estrellas

Overpriced and grim!

We thought this was the hotel where we had stayed 50 years ago (yes,really!), but it clearly was not! Very dark and grim lobby---rooms need new lighting (bathroom light flickered all night). Friendly and helpful staff, but overpriced.

Lorsque je suis arrivé dans l'hôtel celui-ci était plein malgré ma réservation donc j'ai été logé dans un hôtel en face qui est en très mauvais état et qui ne vaut absolument pas le prix que j'ai payé. Si j'avais été logé dans l'hôtel initial qui à mon avis est correct en rapport de qualité/prix il n'y aurait pas eu de problème mais celui où l'on m'a envoyé est vraiment lugubre et mal fréquenté. Vraiment décevant! Et je n'étais pas le seul à avoir souffert du surbooking!

prettige mensen met sjofele kamer

We kwamen aan en kregen een sjofel kamertje met een soort kampeerbedje naast het eenpersoonsbed geschoven. Dit terwijl we een kamer met zicht op zee hadden geboekt, die er op de foto heel aangenaam uitzag. Die kamer was al vol. Na onderhandeling kregen we een gratis ontbijtje aangeboden. Geen zin om verder te zoeken naar een ander hotel. Wat wel heel fijn was, was de ontspannen sfeer in het hotel. Ook het diner was er heel lekker. Het was namelijk geheel traditioneel grieks eten, dat de mensen thuis ook eten. Prettig familie die het hotel runt. Zeker als je alleen reist, kan je hier nog prima aanspraak hebben, waardoor het sjofele karakter van de kamer weer wat werd goedgemaakt

Er waren serieuze mankementen aan de kamer waarin ik verbleef. De kwaliteit van het matras was ronduit slecht. Warm water tijdens douchen was vaak niet voor handen, de douchekop moest ik noodgedwongen zelf vast houden en er was geen douchegordijn aanwezig. Dit leverde vaak een waterbalet op. Het hotel is slecht geïsoleerd, alles is te horen, waardoor je nachtrust ernstig wordt verstoord. Een pluspunt is de vriendelijkheid van het personeel. Je wordt geholpen door een familie, en je hebt een soort campinggevoel.

"Hotel economico para Dormir y Ducharse"

La dueña es encantadora, el hotel es grande y con piscina y situado a las afueras de Heraklion, a 100 mts de la carretera que va a todos los destinos posibles. * Estancia : Tres días, en una habitación situada en un 3º piso (635) y a la cual había que subir por las escaleras (sin ascensor). * La habitación es grande y espaciosa y equipada con Aire Acondicionado (gratis), una cocina "básica" y un cuarto de baño. ¿Que es básico para la gente?? Disponía de armarios (bien), frigorifico (bien), fregadero (bien) y campana extractora de humos (bien). ¿Y LA COCINA? o ¿un triste micro ondas? Pues NO, no tenia ninguna de las dos. Obvio es que no pudimos cocinar. (tampoco había platos, tenedores, cazuelas o sartenes, claro...) He de decir que a 100 mts hay un magnifico restaurante " GRAND" que nadie se deberia perder (IMPRESIONANTE) por sus enormes raciones, excelente comida y barato. - Baño : Pequeño, antiguo y viejo. equipado con solo 2 pastillas de jabón pequeñas para las manos . * Hotel : Grande, con servicio de comidas y cenas y PISCINA (a la cual en ninguno de los 3 dias se le cambio el agua - al marcharnos estaba sucia y amarilla - verdosa) pero es grande y soleada. * Resumiendo : Hotel economico 32 €/dia a finales de Julio que cumple con su funcion. "Dormir y Ducharse "
