"I couldn't get in to the property. I arrived at around 7pm and put the code into the door lock and turned the handle only to find that the door was also locked with another lock I phoned the contact number on the booking confirmation only to find it was an office and nobody was there, so I left a message, I never had a reply. "Room was tidy and clean, one issue was the loud shouting in the corridor of the room service lady one of the mornings. Shower was not powerful but adequate. Nice lounge and dining area. Overall a nice stay"
