"I loved the breakfast buffet. Incredible location in the city everything i wanted to do in Almaty was 10 minutes or less drive. The elevator buttons didnt work half the time had to get out and go to another elevator just to go up or down. I cant tell the building is a little worn down, but had a good stay none the less."

"Good location close to the airport. Clean and well presented. The staff were excellent. Very polite and helpful. My only issue was the Aircon didn't work very well so the room was very hot."

"Great generously sized room, helpful reception staff and super speedy and good laundry team. Breakfast was nice. Steam room, sauna and pool were nice. Central location in Almaty. Hotel was a very dependable and helpful place to stay Note that entrance has some steps."
