"First stay in the Crown Plaza in Stratford upon avon but we try to go two or three times a year,and have stayed in quite a few different Hotels, but the Crown Plaza is my favourite,it's a beautiful Hotel,the room was lovely and the staff are wonderful friendly and so helpful,the place is spotless and the garden overlooking the river is so nice to sit and have a meal and drinks,can't wait to hopefully go again before too long."

"Easy check in, staff were super helpful. Room was a great size, clean and nice and bright. Struggled to get the app to connect to my Expedia booking to control all the mod-cons but it wasn't critical - I could still use the TV remote the old fashioned way! Really enjoyed our stay here as an overnight stop to break up a long journey and would definitely recommend to other travellers!"

"Absolutely beautiful hotel situated in the middle of Stratford upon Avon literally a minute walk to Shakespeare’s birth place home. The staff are so helpful and nice. We arrived late yet still able to grab dinner in the restaurant at 9pm. The food here is outstanding. Breakfast included also on point. Truly we didn’t have anything negative to say about our stay. Alex at the front desk was fantastic,friendly and very welcoming and we were also able to park in the underground garage. We stayed in a Club deluxe room which was amazing,overall couldn’t fault anything,this hotel will now be our go to hotel in Cheltenham."
