"The room was clean and comfortable. However, I was disappointed that a security guard knocked on our door in the middle of the night and accused us of being loud, even though we weren’t making noise."

"Excellent stay. Reached before the check in time but they had a storage to store my bag which was convenient as I didn’t want to carry my luggage around the shopping centre. About 10mins walk from bullring. Clean room and great staff. Only thing I would advise is for the guests to be provided slippers in the hotel room. Other than that, everything was perfect and the room was clean too. Great staff and security was present and kind which made me feel safe. Would visit again."

"I was travelling for exhibition at the NEC and I decided to stay at the Crown Plaza very last minute . the property was excellent. Staff …amazing as they helped us with parking as well as the booking . we really enjoyed breakfast was the spread the spread was amazing. I had an excellency stay and I recommended to my friends and family and I’ll come back again if possible."

"Private room was very mouldy and paint peeling off the walls. The bathroom window didn't open so the mould smell stank out the room. All the power outlets in the room would often spark and cut out, when only trying to use one outlet. Radiator didn't work. "

"Easy free parking. Check in staff friendly. Rooms whilst fine for my needs felt a bit tired and my radiator was barely working so room never properly warmed up. "
