"It would be much appreciated if the Hotel would not park their own vehicle in the Disabled parking bay, making it unavailable for disabled customers. "

"Lovely hotel, a couple of issues we got woken up twice by people putting scaffolding on our window. We didnt feel comfortable as we couldnt open the curtains as 2 men were literally stood on scaffolding infront of the window Also we had our do not disturb sign on but the staff still knocked and came in the room with a builder who was going to changing the window the next day. When was asked at reception what time it was being done they didn't know. So we had to set our alarm early and leave early as we where worried we where going to be woken up again"
